Known as the gymnastics dietitian who sees what others overlook, and understands what others don’t. I’ve guided countless gymnast families to breakthrough results—helping gymnasts flourish through customized nutrition plans that actually fit the gymnastics lifestyle.
I help gymnasts fuel with ENOUGH calories and micronutrients—to perform their best, recover faster, and stay healthy long term.
Gymnastics has been part of my life for decades. I know what it’s like to train 20+ hours a week, juggle school, and push your body to the limit while still trying to figure out fueling. Even at the highest levels, I struggled with not eating enough and dealt with the negative repercussions almost my entire career. I didn’t figure out fueling properly until my senior year at Auburn—and WOW could I feel the difference. Those challenges and experiences shaped the passion I now carry into my work as a dietitian for gymnasts.

Rapid Fire Get To Know Me!
Born and raised in Houston, Texas. Trained at Cypress Academy and World Champions Center. US Classics —biggest club meet. NCAA Championship — biggest college meet. Competed vault, bars, and beam all 4 years at Auburn. Major shoulder surgery sophomore year. Torn Achilles as a retired gymnast. Met my fiancé at Auburn. I love my family more than anything. My best friend is a D1 gymnast turned NCAA gymnastics coach. I now flip for fun, and do CrossFit for exercise. I’m an athlete on the United Grid League. I love Jesus, matcha lattes, my dog, and country music. I coach competitive gymnastics and choreograph floor routines in addition to being a dietitian.
