Taylor Krippner, The Gymnastics Dietitian — expert in nutrition for gymnasts and fueling strategies for gymnast parents

I’ve been involved in gymnastics for over 25 years—as an elite gymnast, collegiate gymnast, club coach, choreographer, and now a Registered Dietitian for gymnasts. After competing at Auburn University all 4 years, and getting my Masters in nutrition, I made it my mission to help as many gymnasts as possible fuel for success in both gymnastics and life beyond the sport.

My Story

My Mission

Helping gymnasts and gymnasts parents fuel for optimal health, performance, and longevity in the sport—while ensuring a positive relationship with food and body image. I guide gymnasts in developing sustainable habits that last beyond gymnastics and work to prevent the underfueling struggles I experienced.

You’re ready to learn how to support your gymnast’s performance without guessing what to fuel her with, stressing over whether she’s eating enough, and worrying about injuries that could have been prevented.
